I am currently a member of the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA). I hold the National Diploma and and working toward the Advanced National Diploma from NSCAA. I am also working toward the United States Soccer Federation's (USSF) C license. There is not a lot of differences between the two organizations or licenses received, however USSF is though of in higher regard from soccer clubs looking to employ full time coaches.
